Our Process — Your Protection
Taking into account the complexities involved with replacing your HVAC system, our team of Home Comfort Consultants, in combination with video conferencing technology, rendering software and years of HVAC experience, we have put together a process for discussing your replacement needs and providing an accurate estimate, all within the comfort and protection of your home.
Consultation Preparation
Once you have requested a free consultation, you will be contacted by our Home Comfort Consultants. The team member will reach out to set-up a zoom call and provide a short pre-consultation form that will help to gather the necessary information regarding your home and system(s). Some of the items you'll need to gather prior to the consultation include:
- Pictures of Equipment
- Count the number of vents and windows
60 Minute Virtual Consultation
Using the information you provided in the pre-consultation form, the Home Comfort Consultant will review your current system with you, discuss pain points, address FAQ’s and review Vogel’s approach to the quality assurance process. This consultation is complimentary and is meant solely to help you determine what solution is right for your family, not to pressure you into a decision.
Review Options, Cost & Warranty Coverage
At the conclusion of the consultation, our team will provide system options, discuss pricing, and finance solutions and review performance expectations with you. At this phase, we will also review your warranty options and discuss what coverage works best for you.
Timeline & Expectations
After the product and warranty coverage is selected, our Home Comfort Consultant will provide you with next steps, which can include scheduling the system installation
