We were so impressed (and continue to be) by the service Justin (Vogel Heating and Cooling) provided. We needed an entirely new HVAC system after our furnace went out. It was a ton of information, all very overwhelming to my husband and me. Neither of us are handy with home repairs and maintenance, and we really appreciated Justin’s ability to explain and inform us. He was thorough and kind and made this whole process easier. We went with Vogel because of the follow up, and maintenance support. And even from the start, they have not disappointed. Justin has followed up to make sure everything is smooth, and made sure to inform us about all the perks included in our plan. He was patient and knowledgeable as we navigated this! So grateful for him and glad we made this choice.

Tom T. was my technician today, and I have to say he did an excellent job. He was courteous and kept me well informed. While he was doing the initial check on the furnace that wasn't working, he talked me through every step. Turned out to be a bad thermostat, and Tom got it all fixed up. From the first call to arrange a tech visit through the time Tom left, I felt Vogel did a great job on solving the issue with excellent customer service and technical repair. Very patient as he walked through the settings on the Infinity thermostat to be sure I understood what needed to be adjusted so I can look at it on my own. I had my HVAC system replaced in Nov 2024 and overall it was a great experience. Everything was explained in good detail by my consultant, Justin. The guys that did the installation did a great job working efficiently over a single day installation process and were respectful of the home and left the work area clean. The HVAC system is working well and is delivering as promised in terms of heating efficiency and overall quietness. My overall impression of Vogel is that everyone has a high attention to detail and cares about the craftsmanship of the installation process. They also do a good job explaining how to maintain a system for maximum lifespan. Overall a high quality experience.

5 STAR Experience From Start to Finish Dec 12, 2024

My experience with VOGEL Heating and Cooling was definitely a 5 STAR experience from start to finish! I interviewed 2 other companies to compare their bids in replacing a 38-year-old boiler connected to a radiator heating system that broke down in my home in December. VOGEL was the ONLY company which came to the site 3 different times to look at the situation and discuss different options to resolve the problem. Each time Jeff came to the house, he brought another expert with him to discuss different options, as just removing the old boiler, which was HUGE and difficult to disassemble, was an issue in itself. Jeff took on the task of getting input from the installers and discussing the challenging issues of how to vent the boiler, as the current method of venting did not meet the current U. City code. He was able to foresee code issues I would never have thought of and was proficient in already knowing possible code violations! They estimated the job to take 2 days, but broken pipes turned it into a 3-day job. They immediately rearranged their schedule to accommodate the 3rd day needed to finish the job instead of making me wait 3 weeks to get on their current schedule... which would have meant 3 more weeks without heat in frigid December temperatures in my 2-story historical home, which meant the world to me! It was like they made the job of fixing my heating problem FIRST PRIORITY with their entire company! And service AFTER the sale (which I thought was an unknown concept in these times) was just as amazing! I could not figure out how to program the thermostat, which was pre-programmed to 62 degrees. One call to VOGEL and they immediately sent out a service employee, Thomas, within an hour to teach me how to operate the thermostat at no charge! When was the last time any expert came to your home to fix something and explain how to operate it for free? I was astonished by the level of service from every department involved in mastering this daunting job! I definitely chose the best company to take on this challenge! My hat is off to VOGEL for their amazing service from beginning to end AND AFTER the job was finished and they had been paid in full. They did not have to throw in any extra perks but did so as though that was the norm! If you have a heating challenge in your home, VOGEL is the one name you need in St. Louis to solve your problem. And did I mention that they were the least expensive of all the bids received? I will be using the VOGEL team for as long as I live in this old, but precious, house! THANK YOU to all your staff!
